Common questions

How do I delete my account?
Open the app → Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Your profile, cars, events, and messages are removed. Event galleries you organized are archived; photos you posted to other galleries remain unless you delete them individually.

How do I report a user or event?
Tap the ⋯ menu on any profile, event, or message to report it. Our moderation team reviews every report.

How do boost payments work?
Free members can post up to a set number of events per month. Beyond that, a one-time $4.99 boost unlocks an additional event post. Boosts are processed securely by Stripe. See the Terms of Service for full details.

How do I request a refund?
Email support@gridmeets.com within 7 days of your purchase with your event title and payment date. We review refunds on a case-by-case basis.

I found a bug.
Send a note to support@gridmeets.com with your device model, app version (found in Settings → About), and steps to reproduce. Screenshots help.
